Duck Days

I finished putting Easter/Spring decor out yesterday in hopes of it helping encourage Spring...it didn't work...
 Last night about 9pm
 This morning
Their bellies are dragging in the snow, they need longer legs lol!

Everyone (except me) stuck their face in the snow first thing out.
Poor Remmie (Ruler of the Roost) thought it would be a good idea to try flying off the ramp
but her landing was off and she did a face plant into a drift.  I laughed and then got a dirty look.
"Let's eat the snow off the Hut...because we can't find ANY anywhere else."

I have been playing with wax today:

Will making Easter decorations encourage Sring?

Lastly, I have been excavating the craft room.  While doing so I have unearthed many treasures that I have picked up for giveaways that I havn't been dilligent about doing soooo, for current followers (so please don't advertise on your blog) I am offering the following:

A crow rubber stamp, a handmade crow pin, note pad with, you guessed it crows, and of course a pencil to go with it.
Just let me know that you want to be entered in a comment on this post and be a current follower.
I will draw a winner on March 6th!

Watch for an Easter giveaway to come too!

Enjoy the remainder of your day my friends!

Oh!  One more thing, I just have to show you what my BFF "prim sister" surprised me with yesterday!

Thank you Sis xoxo :)

Love to all,
Kendra

  1. Poor duckies! Too funny about the snow. We just got dumped on too. Hurry spring! LOVE your wax creations. I have some aluminum/metal molds and do you think they'd work well for wax? I've never tried them before. Oh and very cute penny rug! What a sweet gift!
