-You must be a follower.
-I need to be familiar with you through comments or you need to have a blog.
-USA and Canada participants only, please.
-Packages need to be mailed by March 16, 2012. (I don't think the PO will give you a confirmation # for an envelope that is thin and these should be pretty thin, if you can get a confirmation that would be great otherwise we'll just pray that things get where they are supposed to!)
-This swap is for a linen kitchen towel (see example below), no terry cloth please, that you have put either an applique on, or a stitchery...you get the idea. This can be purchased as well, there are a lot of nice ones on ebay.
-This will be a secret swap so your partner won't know who you are until they get your package so please include your identity with the towel you send!
...I think I covered everything!
Please leave a comment on this post (if you already emailed me from the last post you don't need to again), email me your first and last name, address, blog URL if applicable and kitchen or favorite colors by February 26th and I will send partners by the 28th.
This will give almost 3 weeks before your towel needs to be sent out.
AHHH, I'm nervous!
As for life lately, J was home sick on Thursday with a fever of almost 103, no vomiting but nausea, another wrestler had the same thing on Wednesday so I think they probably picked it up at a meet. Only one week of seasonal wrestling left!
I finally got the gift I have been working on done after the mishap I had with the first attempt! First it took me forever to decide what I wanted to give the person, something different but fitting, then the first attempt had a spot on it that I found after I was done (of course!)... now the PO is closed on Monday so finally I can mail it out on Tuesday! I actually like this one better than the first one so I guess maybe that was a part of God's plan...
I packed away the Valentine's decor and drug the Easter/spring stuff down so I have been working on putting that up. I'll post pics when I am done.
CJ tore a pad on each of his front feet. I discovered this when we were running the other day and I practically had to drag him...I felt horrible after we go home and I figured this out...bad dog mom. So now he had a white sock on each front foot so he doesn't lick his feet, not a happy doodle is he!
Today I got the pantry cleaned out. That's a refreshing feeling. Next I'll attack the front coat closet...if you don't see a post within the next month call 911!
Well, I should go get something done...we'll talk again soon!
Kendra

Busy girl! I remember when my kids were in school and sports and band and speech.... youth group, girl scouts, yearbook committee..... over nighters, study groups, slumber parties..... I'm tired all over again just remembering it all!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your swap. I'm too skeptical of my skills to do any such thing. I'm sure everyone will get a kick out of it.

ReplyDeleteKendra, this sounds like great fun, count me in! I'll email you my kitchen colours, etc. Love the picture of CJ with the wrestling head gear on, too cute! Hope his paws are better soon. And love your Easter applique, it is adorable! Be careful in that hall closet, who knows what's lurking in there! Deb
